I have just entered the standard amount mfp have said for that activity. I have just the standard fitbit flex so does not have the heart rate monitor. I have been a bit rubbish on the dates above, I was away on both weekends eating out, so rather than log and guess i only logged what i knew could be 100% correct.

Thank you both. Just need to keep the motivation. Didn't want to be doing something completely wrong. Just need to stick at it! I think because it comes off so easily to start its hard when it slows

I started at 157 got down to 151.8 but now back up to 153. I know it doesn't seem a lot but I am logging everything religiously and exercising at least 5 times a week for 1.5 hours a time

I started a month ago religiously logging everything. I was previously training and playing netball and doing 1 HIIT class a week. Height 5'1 and 153 lb. mfp gives me 1200 a day and today I measured for inches

I have upped my excercise but then MFP says to eat back kcal which makes me end up feeling ill.

Yes I use a food scale to log accurately (drives my partner crazy!) I will try and open my diary

Didnt even think of it like that! Some of them days I was at home ( eg. Nandos was at a BBQ- just the sauce and pizza express pizza at home) Its just been a bit hard birthdays bank holiday etc. Need to get focused now!

With the chip shop I had a handful off a friends plate but still wanted to log it as that's how particular I am! Yeah it was a friends birthday last weekend hence eating out and maybe a bit too much alcohol! Just feel now as if I'm being punished for a good time :(

No I am quite bad at remembering to have water. Only remember to have it when I log into MF. I usually drink a pint at a time so have at least 3 pints a day. Thats not enough though. How many should I be having?
