Change on Weight loss on dahsboard
Hello, I have just logged onto my dashboard today and it says i have lost a total 4lb when yesterday it said 8lb ( i haven't changed the last weight i logged) and my tracker on my page still says 8lb. Anyone know why it will have done this?

Fitbit Flex and logging exercise
Hello, I have got a fitbit flex which logs all the steps i take, and i log all my food through my fitness pal. I play netball twice a week and also do circuit training which obviously both involve steps but extra activities too. Which portal should i log exercise through? TIA

hello I have been on my fitness pal now for about 4 weeks sticking to 1200kcal and I am maintaining weight. I came into my fitness pal as my holiday loomed. It is now 7 weeks away. Two weeks and put weight on
I have been doing MF for nearly two weeks now, I wanted to lose ideally 4.5 lb( was finding it so hard to shift) so started using MF with the goal of losing half a lb a week. I have been quite good and tried to stick to my allowance. However, weighed myself today and have a gain of 2lb?! I am mortified, How can this be?
