This^^ is my list of food I try to stay away from. I just strive to eat 80% of the time clean. And I am not going to feel guilty if I had a slice of pizza or a cookie as long as it's in moderation.

Scruffy or well trimmed goatee (on some guys), but usually NAY to the beard.

Hm... The man can write. The Old Man and the Sea is classic. I also liked Farewell to Arms. Though, I can tell from his books that he disliked women. But I guess it's another point of view:)

Impossible to pick just one:) When I was younger I was obsessed with Jack London's Sea Wolf (and Martin Eden) and Charlotte Bronte's Jayne Eyre. I could literally quote pages from those books. Now it's probably Dostoevsky's "Idiot" (complete brainf*ck) and Nobokov's Lolita. And thousands others.

My vote is for Under Armour. I wear 36D and it was the first sport bra that allowed me to do jumping, running etc very comfortably. And boobs look great in it under the shirt::).

Agreed. Tarantino is on my auto-buy. He is brilliant in writing dialogues. Titanic - boring and over-dramatic Pedro Almodovar’s films are hit and miss for me. Some of them are masterpieces but I didn't get Kika, Dark Habits, Volver and few others. Girl with a Dragon Tattoo (US) - I didn't care for it probably because I saw…

I am switching my music favorites almost on a daily basis. You can never go wrong with Metallica for good energy boost. For cardio, I usually listen to house or rap music to keep me going (with some explicit language to reflect my dislike to cardio..lol). This week favorites that come to mind: Stone Temple Pilots - Plush…

Being single is awesome! The last time I was in-between relationships I had time to learn a new foreign language, travel all over the place, play video games (I miss WoW..lol), take some college classes for fun and read lots of books.

Blasting my ipod and having tunnel vision seems to help me. I am new to weights too and watching videos on youtube or bodybuilding site helps a lot. Also, I always check for alternative exercises for body parts you want to work that day. My gym is small and doesn't have all the machines or too busy. I am still a little…

LOL... this is hilarious. I may try some of the moves on treadmill:)

I noticed food with high protein and fiber fills me up fast. Any fibrous veggies (celery, greens etc) chicken oatmeal grains protein shake (if it's not too sweet) Fruits actually make me more hungry. I am trying to eat them less. But with high protein diet I almost have to force myself to eat more for my daily calorie…

I am no expert but all books and health articles say that an optimal and sustainable percentage of body fat for a non-athlete is around 10-15% for men and 16-20% for women. Here is the typical average body fat for athletes male and female (%m, %f) (took the info from Tom Venuto's book): Distance runners 5-10% 10-16% Elite…

yuk.. I hate Miracle whip. It has such a weird aftertaste. If I ran out of mayo, I would make it myself if I have to but... I will never eat MW. Mayo forever!

Your waist has gotten a lot smaller! And your back shows a lot of improvement. You are doing fantastic! Good job.

It's much healthier to target 1 pound a week for weight loss (around half a kilo/wk) or even less. 1000 calories is way too low. Instead of melting fat, your body will go into starvation mode (your body metabolism will be shot). Here is a great thread on calculating TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and your calorie…
