  • Like the idea of the challenge to walk miles. I strive to walk 5 miles per day so with some extra push I will achieve 35 miles this week. Thank you Dani for your willingness to lead us through the challenge in July.

  • Doing my 3 sets of 20s, but do not know how to get credit on my exercise profile. Help would be appreciated. I also did 60 minutes of walking in the evening heat of Texas.
  • Well I am in the group where the scale did not move. I weigh the same weight as I started. I am burning some calories so I am not spending too much time eating extra calories for 5 of the 7 days I ate way below my recommended calories. Just looking to make the new week better.
  • I wear a fitbit and am challenging myself to 13,000 steps a day. It takes me all day,but I am smiling when I go to bed with the goal achieved. I need to work harder to achieve the 60 squats not there yet. Doing 15 and working to add 5 per day.
  • I walked for an hour and achieved 13,000 steps before laying my head down for the night. It was a beautiful day.
  • I weighed in this morning and I am still 123. So I am looking to see a change after 30 days. I am definitely grateful to have this group for motivation to being slimmer.
  • Well my Friday has been a good one. I walked to the gym did an hour of aerobics and was pushed by my personal trainer for 30 minutes and walked home.   • Well I got up this morning and weighed. 123 lbs. I enjoyed a cinnamon roll today and then went and walked an extra 9,000 steps and burned 184 calories. Did 10 squats and 10 crunches on my stability ball.
  • Well like the idea of being motivated for 30 days. Looking forward to June 1st and adding activity to my life. Striving to eat healthier so at the end of 30 days there is a change in my body. Life is a daily challenge,but with motivation life can be successful.
