You could always get some videos that use your own body weight as resistance. IE Insanity. No equipment necessary.

I have it set up for 1.5 pounds per week weight loss. I haven't calculated breastfeeding until today, because I just discovered it on MFP. I've been doing the Insanity work outs for a few months now. I did the 60 day challenge and now just incorporating the workouts into my routine and mixing them up so I don't get bored. The calories recommended for me is 1450 plus whatever I burn with exercise.
