I always have one cheat meal a week but that meal is usually my favorite Mexican food dish because it is over 1200 calories ITSELF and really high in sodium but I know myself, if I don't allow myself to eat some of the stuff I love, I will never stick with it. I eat healthier for all my other meals that day so it kind of…

I started out at 1320 calories and I lost a lot at first but then I stopped losing. I decided to change my activity level because I read somewhere that you should only use sedentary if you are in a coma. I changed it to lightly active to be on the safe side and that upped my calories some but I still didn't lose any…

I love mine. I let it calculate my workout calories etc and track food with MFP and love it. It (and lifting weights) helped me break my plateau (made me move more because I wanted to see what it said).

I do to but I am lucky to go to a gym owned by the fire department my husband is a member of so there is no cost and it is rare that there is anyone there. However, last Saturday when we went, there were a couple police officers in there that are obviously there A LOT and my husband left me there to run a medical call. My…

Oh yeah, I still feel like the skinny me. Not the skinniest (?) me because I saw a pic of myself at about 120 lbs and didn't recognize myself. I still feel like I am about 130-140 and it breaks my heart when I try on clothes or look in the mirror because I want to dress the old me, not the me-me. I hit 20 pounds lost today…

You can do it! Don't get discouraged! It may also be that being depressed has changed some of the hormone levels etc in your body making it harder to lose the weight this time. Also, some anti-depressants make it extremely hard to lose weight. Talk to your doctor and take it one day at a time... Nothing in life is meant to…

It has only been about two weeks but I'm a results NOW kind of person. LOL I readjusted my activity level on MFP to lightly active and that added some calories. I have become more active since I started MFP but haven't adjusted my activity level. I really LOVE MFP so I think I'll stick with that. Besides, 1870 calories…

I'm counting calories and walking. I told one of my co-workers (a guy) that I have lost 8 pounds so far and he asked me was I doing a starvation diet to be doing so well with losing weight. I am now rubbing off on my husband and my boss and they are trying to eat better as well!
