Lose more weight after I go over my calories?
I have noticed that if I go over my daily calories by 100-200, I lose weight faster than if I eat under my daily calories. Does that mean that I need to up my daily calories by 100-200? What could be causing that? Seems weird to me...

Craving.... water?
I have noticed that in the last two months, I have been craving water. I have had my blood sugar checked and it is normal but I crave water all day every day. Even after I drink a bottle, chugging it or sipping it slowly, I immediately want more. Is this unhealthy? :ohwell:

NSV: Disgusting and nasty but a NSV nonetheless..
So my NSV is not the kind of thing but most people post on here but it was a NSV! I had a thumb ring that I wore. Well I went to the restroom at work this week and my ring came off my thumb... and went in the toilet! EWWWWW! Needless to say, I HAD a thumb ring. At least I know I have lost some weight in my hands. LOL
