Craving.... water?

I have noticed that in the last two months, I have been craving water. I have had my blood sugar checked and it is normal but I crave water all day every day. Even after I drink a bottle, chugging it or sipping it slowly, I immediately want more. Is this unhealthy? :ohwell:

Probably not unless you feel like it's becoming a compulsion to drink it rather than to satisfy thirst. I guess it would depend on how much you are drinking?0

I just took a cursory look at your food diary and noticed that you consume a lot of sodium. That could be why you're so thirsty. I'm not sure if it's anything to worry about, but if you reduce your sodium intake, you might find you're not as thirsty all the time.0
