  • there is information out there that would have you believing just about everything gives you cancer. you can't avoid everything because the information is always changing. I use soft spread regular butter. Earth Balance is good too but the calories are higher because its made with oil.
  • I do something similar. I buy a sports bra one size smaller and I have one of those workout shirts that have a built in bra that I wear over it. The regular bra thing would work...but i only and 3 regular bras so my way works well, keeps the girls pressed flat.
