I did sync them, but I am not seeing my steps yet on MFP and I don't see the calorie adjustments either.

I just started using it again about a week ago. I've had it for about six months, but got off track.
-
I think that's the problem. My Fitbit is not syncing with MFP. Thank you for helping clear my confusion up.

Ok, thank you:)

Thank you. That makes complete sense. So I went back to the worksheet and took out all exercise minutes. That took my TDEE to 2008. So can I now log my calories and eat them back on MFP? Sorry still trying to make sense of it all. Thank you for your help.

I am using what Heybales Spreadsheet calculates for my TDEE and I manually enter that as my Calorie Goal in MFP. I also set my Macros in MFP to 40/30/30. I do log my exercise into MFP and try to eat back some of my exercise calories, but I am having a hard time eating that many. I try to weigh/measurements every couple…

I tried the water bottle egg separating trick and it really works. It made separating eggs fun lol.

Ha! That's awesome. I will have to try that tomorrow. I will let you know if it works like the video shows. I grind my oats in my coffee bean grinder. It works great. You can also do it in a food processor. I really like the macros for this recipe. Almost equal amounts of Protein and Carbs with very little sugar. You can…

Almost every morning I start with my version of Protein Pancakes (slight variation of Jillian Michael's Hotcakes). 1/2 cup Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup whole oats (I grind into a flour) 1 Large Egg (Separate the white in separate bowl) 3 Egg Whites Beat the egg whites til stiff in separate bowl. In another bowl, combine…

Mine's open. Still trying to find my optimal calories. Scooby's TDEE with 15% cut had me around 1780 cals, but I wasn't losing. I recently upped my calorie goal to 2000 and I eat back my exercise calories. I am losing inches.

Have been following the plan for a week and a half. Only lost 1.5lbs on the scale, but 2 inches off my waist and hips:) Yippee I have been a slave to the scale for a long time, sometimes weighing myself multiple times a day, but not anymore.

I'd like to join.

Definitely a coffee lover....as I sip my Cup of Joe. I used to use a lot of the flavored coffee creamers and I really packed on the weight. I have switched to vanilla almond milk and a Tablespoon of Half & Half. I like to have a creamy flavor to the coffee. It took a few weeks to adjust to not having all the sweet stuff…

Nothing when I was heavy, but when I lost 50lbs my brother-in-law said "Wow you lost alot of weight! You used to be fat as a cow."

I'm 5'6 and currently 160lbs. Last year I got as low as 147lbs, and felt great, but was not able to sustain it. I would like to get to around 150-155.

I'm in. Gryffindor please! or any other house will do.

I do my more strenuous exercise first thing in the morning before breakfast. I then take a walk in the evening after dinner. It's all what your body feels best doing.

I have to say I was a little skeptical about how tasty this cake would be, but I just made it and WOW!!! That took care of my chocolate craving and I didn't feel guilty eating it:) Thanks for sharing.

I just finished week 8. I am loving it!

I am on Wk 3 Day 2 and love it. Today was tough for me, but I pushed through and didn't stop. I have found that the program works if you follow exactly what it tells you to do. On the days I don't run I swim and do weights. I agree that some days it feels easy and I am tempted to run additional days, but don't do it. Trust…

Record everything. If you have a salad, estimate how much of each item is in there. For example, 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup carrots, etc. It all counts

You kinda have to close your eyes and pretend it's ice cream:) It really is delicious!

I just started Week 3 and boy did I feel the longer run intervals, but it is getting easier and I am finding that by following exactly what it tells you to do the program really works!!!!

Today was Day 1 of Week 2 and it kicked my butt! However, I am sticking with it.

I eat about every 2 hours. This keeps your blood sugar level even throughout the day, so you don't get spikes, which can cause cravings and the afternoon slump. I have eaten this way for several years and my body has become used to it and I start to get hungry about 2-3 hours after my last meal. I have so much more energy…

Sounds great! Count me in!

I'm 5'6" and currently 152.5lbs. In 2005 I weighed 195lbs, at the suggestion of my doctor I went on South Beach. I dropped to 165lbs in a year and that is where I had been stuck at ever since. In February 2013, I participated in the Standard Process Purification Program (detox) with my chiropractor. I dropped to 154lbs. I…

This is my first week doing the C25K. I usually swim and walk, but felt I needed to take my fitness to another level. I love running outside, mainly because I get so bored on a treadmill. I am experiencing some pain and cramping in the arch of my foot and Achilles tendon. Any ideas on working that out? Created by…
