Sounds fun! I did a similar thing with a build your own burger and sundae station at my hubby's bday. People loved having all those options!

Doesn't work. I had 3 co-workers try it. They lost inches for a few days - a month. Then right back where they started from. They all said they could have had the same results fasting.

Not high in fat if you skip the tahini when preparing. I use the "bullet" for making my hummus and it is very yummy. I use low sodium broth and add no salt. I don't make mine for protein. I make mine to share with friends when they come over.

Oooo Jillian - I wanted something relaxing so I still felt like I got at least one rest day in. I think I know her well enough to not expect relaxing. I have an ipod. I guess I'll just continue to google search for something that has good reviews and isn't all intense. Thanks y'all

I drink vodka and I never have any issues with gaining back. Usually I end up dancing the night away or being more active than if I were to just sit on the couch and watch movies

I can never get it work right. Other people bake cookies and cakes and you can't tell but when I try it totally screws up the texture. :-(

I do and I don't. I have an ipod touch that I have skype and google voice on - That is how people get a hold of me. Works like a cell phone when I have wifi and the only times I don't is when driving. I prefer to live without spending $80+ a month

Houston here! It hasn't been humid (for us) this year because of the drought. The weather is pretty warm out. I suggest Discovery Green Park downtown for some free fun events. You did nothing wrong. A majority of my fitness is strength these days since I met my goal weight and plan on toning more. I find it odd but I suppose you could wear your HRM and input the cals burned. I always plan on doing this but at 5am I forget! :-(
