Depends on the exercise. I have (2 of each of course) 5lbs, 10lbs, 12, lbs, 15lbs and 30lbs. Some moves I am weaker at - shoulders - and others I am stronger at - biceps!

I double overed my strap and sewed it! I get my bra's from top drawer because they will take them in for free is needed! Yay! yeah i buy a 32 DDD and they do whatever magic they do and make it so it fits just right. I always joke that someone must have sat on me and squished me as a baby

Just start with what makes the most sense to you and start adding to it. I started with C25K and then added some weights and really it just took off from there when I started to see the results! Good luck in whatever you do and just remember to stick with it :-)

I do butt bible. However I log it under strength for squats and such.

I keep resistant band at my desk, small weights and a peddler under my desk. I get a pretty good work out and stress relief during what would be time spent just sitting.

I bet it differs by how much work you put into it and if you are on the giving or receiving end of things.

I get up at 5:30 and do strength training, abs/butt Then I work in my own office for 9-10 hours a day so I bought a peddler that I put under my desk so I can get in 2 30 min bike cardio in. I know I won't work out after work and I know I won't wake up at 5 so I had to compromise

To each their own! Ya know? Some men like abs some don't...what can ya do? My hubby likes my abs when they are flat and strong or "puffy" and round.

I love FB. I only have family and close friends. So many of my friends are starting families and have moved away do to the Military so it's such an easy avenue to keep in touch. I don't have anyone on my list that posts things that annoy me...and if I don't agree I just ignore it or pass it.

I just started phase 2 this week and added the cardio. I feel so much better about it now but I am sure she had her reasons. I did however do 30 mins of cardio about 3 times a week anyways because I enjoy a lot of beer and liquor on the weekends

Yes. Most of my friends are petite, tiny little people and I am athletic and tall. I always remind myself i could kick their a**es any day of the week. for whatever reason this usually makes me feel better

I got an olive oil sprayer at a kitchen gadget store years ago and I love it! It leaves just a really fine mist on the food. I am sure teh spray is perfectly fine. I have used it for tons of things before

I've had it in my jaw since I was young :-( It has never gone away. Some days when I chew gum are worse than others.

Whatever works for you! You know yourself better than anyone. My moto has been "moderation" If I'm moving (dancing, walking, swimming) I enjoy some drinks but if I am just sitting at a party or at the house it's water only!
