Not sure off the top of my head but I found a recipe awhile back for cauliflower pizza crust! I only made it the once but I don't remember it being terrible and it was obviously very low in cals, fat and carbs so I had more room to play with the topping.

I up my water intake and I resist temptation. I do crave a bit more sweets so I get a couple skinny cow ice creams and 100 cal Kettle Popcorn. As long as I don't indulge nightly it doesn't effect me.

I use i can drained chick peas, splash of low sodium chicken broth, 2 tablespoons Tahini, 2 cloves garlic, 1 lemon (juice only), salt, pepper - I use my bullet. I found a park near by that has free classes on the lawn and shared the schedule with co-workers. Now 3 times a week at the LEAST I do something active. Doing it with friends makes it sooo much easier for me.
