I agree! I did make TONS of mistakes but they were fun and I enjoyed every last minute of it. I was pretty darned good at it too. Now I am a responsible adult that has done everything in order (schooling, work, fun, date, career, married, move-in together, working on kids) and I'm further along in my career than my friends…

Mine was 127 and I hit it! Now i just need to hit the gym more to build some muscle tone. I think it depends on the person's build. I am a small slender frame.

I lost cleavage but not actual cup size. After being measured I realized i just didn't need "full coverage" any longer and could wear the demis finally but I did go down in band size - which doesn't effect your ta-tas so yay!

I add 1 egg, some oat bran (you could use bread crumbs), Salt, Pepper, chopped up onions to taste, chopped up garlic cloves to taste and fat free feta and parm. Love love love them!

I like to add a little Noxzema to my aloe. It really helps with the stinging. Once I took some shoulder pads out of an old jacket and used them between my shoulders and bra strap lol I swear it helped Good luck!

There are so many foods. You may want to inquire about what sort of foods he misses. You don't have to lead on that it is for a gift but rather out of curiosity. I personally don't eat lucky charms or koolaid

I just went and got a Brazilian yesterday. Every week I go get a spray tan and it smells like hell and because mt husband loves tan lines I even wear an old bikini...do you know how hard it is to keep the straps from the ties in places that don't leave funky marks? Food can't touch. I eat one thing at a time from least favorite to most favorite. I can't touch anything after my fingers wrinkle from being in the water too long. I make mine into salmon cakes - like crab cakes. I just use a little oat bran, egg and old bay seasoning.

I can't figure out the smell that is coming from our fridge or microwave at work. I've cleaned them both out several times. It kinda smells like I imagine Antonio Banderas would smell - Really Really Olive Oiled Eggplant

I go further and work harder without noticing as much on my actual bike but I do have a stationery bike as well. I can tell you that 100% of the time I get on my stationery bike I don't do as much and I feel like I've done 10 times more.

I agree this a an amazing recipe! I have started leaving out the tahini because it seems to go bad quicker than I use it. It is extra calories BUT it is a really good fat.

Can you save your late snack for right when you get home and make it something high in fiber like an apple? Or split your late snack in two parts and have the other half when you get home? I try to do dishes, sweep and take the dogs for a walk when I get home so that I don't indulge before my hubby is ready.
