Me! I don't have that much weight to loose, but I gave up for no reason for two weeks and ate nothing but fatty processed food. I haven't weighed myself since. So tomorrow is fresh start day!

^^ this, because I don't eat mine back and I loose weight. I eat when I'm hungry and eat healthy while minding my calories. But I'm not going to force myself to eat.

I boil three or four days of eggs at a time and keep them in the fridge. In the mornings I grab the eggs, an apple and I'm out the door.
