Withings is what I use and I like the ease of use. If one measurement is way off, I can delete it, but usually I leave it and understand weight fluctuates.

Make lunch at night (ao I don’t think about eating out the next day if I’m running late) Filling my large water bottle when I arrive at work. I drink so much more when it’s full on my desk.

Just for tomorrow (I write my goals before bed)... - don’t eat the donuts that will invariably be at the office tomorrow. - Eat dinner at the table, not on the couch (more of a mindfulness thing than weight loss I guess)

In Anchorage! Key to staying with it here is making a plan to by physical when it's dark and cold. You can do it.

It made my day to not only wake up to the answer, but new recipes to try. Thanks!!!

I have no issues spending time. I just don’t want to do it wrong. None of the recipes I found specified which I should use. Just says to mix the dry ingredients, add milk the night before, and they’ll be ready to eat in the morning.

A successful day is one where I'm alive at the end of it. Hey, I like to keeps goals manageable. Seriously a successful MPF day is one where I am 100% honest with tracking. This lets me 1. Identify problems as well as 2. Makes me more mindful of what I'm eating. This second one keeps me on plan. And yes, this means…

Come to Anchorage for a visit. We are getting our first snow ❄️ this weekend!

Perhaps I should have worded that better. It is a LONG time between lunch break at 11 and dinner after I get off at 6 and I'm not going to win at this "lifestyle, not diet" thing unless I snack. In an effort to avoid vending machine snacks when I'm starving, I would like to bring planned snacks with me.

I can really see a difference! Great progress!

Merry Christmas to you as well!

Woohoo! That is awesome.

Congrats. If you haven't taken a before picture, I would, because as you loose weight the difference is super motivating as well. And you are off to a good start.

Nice! I'm a bit jealous. That is great!

You can also buy samples from Trutein to try the different flavors. Good way to see which flavors you like and don't like before committing a large container of it. The Power Pudding (Magic Pudding) is also pretty good - mix 2 scoops with 5 oz. of milk, stir it with a spoon for about 30 seconds, throw it in the…

What is the hardest thing about eating a vegetable? The wheelchair.

WooHoo and congratulations on getting healthier! You haven't mentioned if you did the surgery, but if you did, I hope all went well. And no worries about starting late, and least it is better than 20 years from now. Congrats on the progress!!

Now I want to find persimmon pudding. Just so I know what it is. And I've taken these types of gifts (because the person spent time making them just for me, and I didn't want to hurt their feelings saying no) and binned them before. A bit wasteful? Yes, but no worse than the millions of trees dying for wrapping paper…

It makes me smile to read those as well!

You can't see me, but I'm doing the happy dance in celebration of your success. Awesome!
