Let me start by saying I am talking to my Doc, but for those of you that have had a tubal, how did you get back into cardio/lifting? How long did you wait? How was recovery? I’m looking for some real life experiences. Thanks.

Overnight Oats Assistance
I’ve been buying overnight oats pre made and want to try my own. The recipes call for steel cut oats. Quaker makes Old Fashion and Quick 1 minute oats (both are steel cut). Does anybody know the better choice? Thanks!!!

Interval App Recommendation?
I'm looking for an app (iPhone) that will beep/chime at 30 seconds, then 1 minute for a specified number of time. For instance, I'll run for 30 seconds, rest for a minute for 5 reps. Any suggestions?

Snacks?
So I'm getting better at meal prep, and try not to buy extra food, so I don't eat what I shouldn't. However I need to start incorporating snacks. I would like ideas that travel easy and that can be prepared the night before. Ideas?

It's -14. Not my weight the weather. Too cold to really do much, and when I'm bored I snack...which is made worse cause though I'm getting some exercise in, I'm less active in general. So now I feel, well blah about it all. Thanks for listening (reading?) and please wish/pray/hope for warmer weather soon!

Can't sleep
PT'd to late and now I can't sleep. I know the easy answer is to work out earlier in the day, but I got caught up and didn't want to not work out. Now I'm awake at midnight-30. Ugh. Complaining over.

Lifting - Plans?
So I'm want to start lifting weights, but do not really have time to do a lot of research. Can anyone recommend a good source, that is easy to understand/get through for someone starting out? I have free weights at home and access to a full gym. Thank you in advance for your advice.
