Can't sleep

PT'd to late and now I can't sleep. I know the easy answer is to work out earlier in the day, but I got caught up and didn't want to not work out. Now I'm awake at midnight-30. Ugh. Complaining over.

I usually train at night and have no issue sleeping....
Have you tried taking magnesium? It's good for sleep issues and recovery. Eating carbs post training may also help.0 -
Thanks I might try that. I'm new to working out really, and the best time seems to be at night.0
