It's -14. Not my weight the weather. Too cold to really do much, and when I'm bored I snack...which is made worse cause though I'm getting some exercise in, I'm less active in general. So now I feel, well blah about it all. Thanks for listening (reading?) and please wish/pray/hope for warmer weather soon!

When I feel that way I make a to do list. We were snowed in last weekend and I cleaned the whole apartment and worked hard enough to feel sore. Something I always tell children I nanny for is there is no excuse for boredom, there is ALWAYS something to do. Always. So no excuses- find something other than snacking to do.3

How about queuing up some YouTube yoga videos or some such thing? I TRY to get some good yoga practice in on the days it's just tooooo cold to do much outside. It isn't the same as going for a run or a taking the dogs for a good long walk, but it gets me sweating a bit and my heart rate up.1
