Lost 7 lbs after just 1 month

So I decided to use the myfitnesspal a month ago, I follow the calorie intake of 1230 calories per day to achieve the results of loosing 2 lbs per week. I am very strict with myself about reaching my goal. So 2 yrs ago I was 145 lbs and I gained 46 lbs. At 191 lbs I realized that I wasn't proud of how I looked or felt health wise. So 1 month later I am at 184 lbs, am so excited and proud of my accomplishment. I now decided to add 30 mins of Workout on my Elliptical per day and bike riding of at least another 30 mins per day. I know that the exercise will have an amazing impact on the goals I hope to reach. Keep up the good work and stay positive, we can do whatever we set our minds too.
