This is why I never tell people that I'm trying to "lose weight". I might say that I'm trying to get healthier, but I avoid the phrase 'weight loss'.

I love coffee and I drink 2 cups in the morning with a tablespoon(serving size) of Coffee Mate Hazelnut creamer. That's 40 cal in a cup, so 80 every morning. I gave up soda and otherwise only drink water. NOT giving up my coffee!! I'm going to have to check out this Torani stuff. Neve heard of it before.

Once a week, usually Monday mornings. I prefer to focus on how my clothes are fitting. Especially because that number is not changing, but my clothes are much looser than before.

My Dh and I did it. I lost 4 inches overall and around 10lbs, but it was very difficult to 'see' any results- as in, none of my clothes fit differently. My DH gained a LOT of muscle mass in his chest, so he didn't actually lose any weight and he did not like his "barrel" look. We did not do the diet plan. We live in Europe…

5'5" currently 140 loose size 6 pants(need a belt) small/medium tops. Depends on where I shop. Some places I fit into an 8.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. I have a smallish frame, anything lower than that and I look too skinny. 125-130 puts me in a size 4 and I'm honestly going for a size more than a weight.

Lots of core work is helping me too- especially yoga. Plank and push ups are probably the best things you can do to tighten up your core. Yes! I just did the initial sit up test today, so I'll start the challenge on Tuesday. I think I will do the push up and squat challenge too.
