MFP calculated mine based on my weight and my activity level and how many pounds I wanted to lose a week. Did you go through that set up process?

I am not setting weekly goals right now because I have a lot more flexibility in the summer to workout and plan meals. I'm a teacher. I know when school starts up again back in the fall, I'll need to more carefully shop, plan meals, and schedule my workouts. For right now, I'm just enjoying being relaxed about it all. :)

I am pretty pleased with my results so far! Started MFP 5/25/13: 262 lbs 7/5/13: 237! 25 pounds released forever! :) Only 15 to go to meet this challenge...... Good luck everyone!
