Do you plan to use these sneakers for running?? You should look into the C25K running program.. It is a 9 week running program designed to gradually increase your distance and build your endurance so you can run 30 minutes straight or for a 5K It's amazing! http://www.c25k.com/ :flowerforyou:

D16 L2 in the books! I was a bit sore from my C25K training, but I pushed through it and modified those walking push-ups with reg. girlie push-ups... After the SHRED I took a 60 minute ZUMBA class and Ladies .. I HAVE NEVER experienced anything like this in my LIFE! It was a TRUE party.. there were anywhere from 150-200…

I went out for my Week 2 Day 3 Training Run w/ C25K, and ran some errands, got back in put the SHRED on, and did the warm up, when it was time for those jumping jacks I did one and turned it off…

Sometimes we have to take time for ourselves before we can give time to anyone else..At the end of the day it's about loving yourself before you can love anyone else. I noticed today that my knees were hurting me as well, could be from all of those jumping jacks, squats, lunges, oblique twistie thingies and the jump rope..(could also be from running, for me that is). Meditation is great!!! I do it from time to time, I don't do it as much as I should or would like but check out Deepak Chopra. He was on Dr. Oz a few weeks ago and had a simple video posted on how to get started Meditating..

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to all the shredders bangin it out!!! We are doing it BABY!!! D14L2 DONE... and got in a 3.5 mile walk...Can't believe it, one more day and I'm half way there!!!
