Thanks...I've been working at running for a LOOOOONNNNGGG time it feels like. Moving it outdoors from the treadmill has made all the difference in the world!!

My NSV doesn't really seem like much but was really positive for me. I struggle with getting to the gym enough during the week, the past few weeks I've been running outside instead of going to the gym. Well yesterday it was raining so I went in and the folks behind the desk said "hey, haven't seen you in here for a couple…

I wish posts had a "like" button like Facebook! Way to Go!!

I know how you feel!! I have the same goal to run a 5k and jogged 2.25 miles on Tuesday. Best feeling in the word if you've never done it before!! Great job, you'll kill a 5k soon!

You're awesome! I wish there was a like button I could click. :flowerforyou: Namaste!

Thank you for your support! Yes, running outside is a totally different experience and something I should have tried MONTHS ago! I really did enjoy it.

We don't always get to wear jeans :-) But when it's Friday with no meetings we can leave our business dress at home.

I log this way too! I find if I just enter food as I go I end up with too few calories to eat dinner of have a snack. If I enter everything in the morning I do MUCH better staying within my limit. I thought I was the only who did this :-)
-
Try brushing your teeth after you have your last snack...that works for me...it seems to tell my stomach "that's it, you're done eating for the day." LOL I also knit in the evenings to keep my hands busy, no time for snacking with you're making socks. :-) Good Luck!

Thank you for posting this! You have done a wonderful job!!

I believe it means Non Scale Victory....but I could be wrong

I'm FAR from my goal but something that helps me stay on track day to day is logging all my meals in the morning. Once all my meals are in I know what I have left over for snacks and fill those in through out the day as I'm hungry/want them. Good luck in your journey :-)

This is a great way to do something together when you have to be apart! You both look great! Please thank your husband for his service. :-)

I made myself go to the gym even though I didn't really want to go....normally I would just skip....it was a big success for me :-)

I believe if you enter "breastfeeding" into your food journal (makes no sense to me that it's in the food side and not exercise) it will give you different options and add negative calories to your journal so that you have extra to eat.

Thanks CBD1983! I'm not much of a walker, I'm way more interested in running! I've signed up for 2 5ks this summer and I've been running at the gym since its snowy outside. I've got a ways to go but ran 1.3 miles yesterday so I'm getting there. Thank you for your support!

Thanks Goalss4nika and Kellenas!

Thanks OP for posting this question, I was just thinking about this myself this morning! Nice to see that with time and slow loss most people have success with their skin shrinking naturally. :-)
