Good morning! Hope everyone's Friday is treating them well!

It's only 8:30 a.m. here and I've already had an amazing NSV!

My husband woke up early with me and we worked out! This was the first one we've done together and I can't wait to see where this leg of the journey takes us. I'm super excited to be working out with him & feel fantastic already!

Have a fantasically lovely day! :drinker:

i've seen that acronym tossed around a lot. What's an NSV? I've been presuming it's like a mini-good thing but idk.

That is awesome! I am hopeful my husband will do the same one of these days. Our family is heading on spring break tomorrow and I plan to initiate some exercise via YouTube clips etc. every day and will invite my girls and husband to join me ... we'll see!

My NSV today was realizing that I haven't had a "run away!" dream since I started yoga in October. I used to have them frequently (once a month or more) when my internal stress levels would reach critical stages ... repeating dream in would be driving my red Celica (from my single days when I had no responsibilities beyond taking care of myself) and feeling free and relaxed. Yoga is better than having a head that feels like it's ready to explode.

Thank you all! And yes, NSV - Non-scale Victory. Because it's not all about the number! All the successes count!

Swsays - good luck with that! I asked my husband on Tuesday if he would lift with me and he automatically said yes! He used to but had gotten out of it. I decided I wanted to and thought that would be the best motivation. Just ask, you never know what could come of it!
--And congrats on your NSV! I bet it feels great to not have those kinds of dreams and just know that you are good to go! :flowerforyou:

Have a lovely Friday all! :drinker:
