you can expect to feel lonely on friday and saturday night and a little bit angry and irritable. It's very hard to stop weekend drinking if you have always done it. Life without alcohol is a better life though.

I would rather notice changes in my body that notice a difference on the scale any day. take some new selfies

certain kinds of foods are hard to find accurate listings for on the diary search. If you're eating a lot of these your calories can be off by a lot. If I'm eating a lot of foods that day that are listed sketchily then I always try to stay under by a few hundred

just stay under calories everyday and you'll be cool. it's really easy to log everything you eat in the long run.
