be careful about the sodium. It's ok to eat pizza and stuff but expect the scale to go up tomorrow. maybe don't weigh yourself for a couple days and get back on the chicken train until then

i didn't go 1000 over my daily limit, but my daily is set around 2k so I have more to work with than someone doing 1300 if i eat healthily in the morning I can have a slice of pizza or a hamburger and fries and it won't be too bad. gotta watch the sodium though.
