Please understand that your health care practioner is required to give you a full copy of your lab work if you request it. This is under the ACA (Obamacare). Telling you it is "normal" is not giving you the answers you need.

Hi, I have a fit flex too. Have had it since they came out. Heard some negative about the new one and being bigger than the flex. So, I will hold off for now. The challenge that I have seen with the flex is not up but more down.... doesn't seem to accurately display steps depending on what I am doing. If I am not moving my…

I started the detox as well. Level 3. Did it in October and fared pretty well. Time to get serious. Sent friend requests to those on this board already.....

Thanks for the Julian tips... Didn't know they were available. I am reading her book right now on kindle. Will give her podcasts a try as well!

Hello, Welcome. We all share the same challenges on a daily basis. Some seem to have "figured" it out what works... some of us share that challenge each day. We will support you and help you to reach your goals. Welcome.

I share your pain. My weight loss is a journey. Not one that will take a month or two but for the rest of my life. I know where my weaknesses are and have to learn to overcome. We are here for you and will support you on your journey. Don't give up. Take one day at a time and never look back! Only look forward.

You always weigh the least first thing in the morning. I weigh myself each day before I step in the shower. It is a routine that I have and if I don't weight myself... I feel guilty. It gives me the knowledge of how I did the previous day and week and starts the day off right!

I just did my 20 minute run on Thursday too! I didn't realize it was going to be the 20 minute run. All I knew was that my last run was 2 - 8 minutes runs. So, when my ipod said run for 20 minutes, I couldn't believe it. But, believe it or not, I did it. I ran slow, just kept thinking I can do this and sure enough, the 20…

I am on W2D1.... So far, so good. Downloaded mp3's with music and someone telling you when you walk and run.... it's just perfect for me. Hope to work up to a 5K this summer. Ran/walked 2 last fall but couldn't run the whole 5K. Hopefully this will train me to run the whole way without pooping out.

I was plateaud for a great deal longer than 3 weeks and while I benefitted in non-weightloss ways from that period of time, I wish I had gone to get the metabolic testing that ultimately pointed the way out for me a lot sooner than I did. If you have not had your RMR determined by testing yet, you might consider doing so.…

I, too, would like to start this beginning tomorrow. Downloaded the MP3 files (thank you) and am ready to roll! Would love the support of others.
