I don't use things like nuts seeds or anything really highly caloric. I do measure out my dressing into a table spoon measuring cup so I got that one right haha. I just don't wanna go crazy with the exact calories

I'm glad it could help!! I'm the same way, sometimes I don't want a whole stop and so I have a tablespoon amount and want to log it. I may be off by a tiny bit but for the most part that's accurate plus or minus a calorie haha

I'm not crazy with weighing myself. Typically once or twice a week. But it like JNV said , is an accountability thing. Mine didn't say it needs to be calibrated when I move it but I've done the whole thing of stepping on and off.

Haha it sounded pretty bizarre as honey is just pure sugar and calories so why would that help my weight go down?? Im actually trying to get rid of artificial sweeteners in stuff like coffee and tea so I think I may try using cinnamon to flavor/sweeten

It's a pain isn't it? I worked so hard to get where I'm at and then was happily maintaining and then bam. Just trying to help my brain out and it sends me reeling. Also had other horrible side effects including memory loss, falling asleep without realizing it, even have a black eye from falling from dizziness. Ugh

Amys bowls are great, I have one of those and a big salad with salad dressing that only has 5-10 calories per serving as a very filling meal. Also a boca burger (Vegan) like Priestess mentioned, with a slice of cheese and a sandwich thin or two slices of low calorie bread with an apple makes a great lunch.
