I had a 2002 Impala, bought it almost new. Just this year got a new car. Loved the Impala, great car. Seriously considered another one but ended up getting a Honda.

I am 5 feet even and am losing slowly but steadily on 1200-1300 cal/day. I try to stay at 1200 but don't often achieve it. I usually lose about 1/2 to 1 pound per week. This is fine with me. I started at 185 pounds and am aiming at 135 pounds . Have lost 14 so far, starting at the end of January I am doing very little…

I do this too but I didn't know I had a problem. I only log my weight in MFP about once a week. I get on the scale each AM, I find it keeps me motivated. If it's up a little, I try harder and if it's down a little, I'm really happy and motivated. And it's working, so I am not changing anything.

I log in 3-4 times per day and find it no problem at all. I It's really easy and fast, once you get used to it.

I have not changed the kinds of things I eat, just the quantities and the number of times per week that I have them. I have tried restricting myself to "diet foods" in the past, and the weight loss never stayed off, once I stopped the diet. This time I eat whatever my family is eating, just less. When I reach my daily…

I would love the chance to find out. I hope I would be fairly sensible with the majority of it. I would love to be able to help family/friends. And have a lot of fun shopping, renovating, etc.

Start tracking and tell yourself you are not going over for any reason.Track just before or immediately after you eat so that you don't find out at supper time that you don't have any calories left. Try to remember portion control and limit your snacks. I love something with my tea after supper, so I switched from cookies,…
