hi, nice to see someone doing so well. I've been using MFP since end of Jan. Set my goal at 50 pounds but I may want to try for a little more, if I ever get there. I am over 10 pounds down now, after about 5 weeks or so.

my goal is to see the scale continue dropping, I don't want big losses, around 1 pound per week would be great.
