Mainly High intensity exercise... insanity dvds are a good way to go but out of my budget, there are various videos you can watch via you tube etc. Taekwondo was what I started with, and introduced zumba also... so a lot of activities I have been watching what I eat but as I said its not shifting any weight really Good…

Thank you :) Its always good to keep a photo diary if you can... lock it away even if its just your eyes that see... eventually you will feel confident enough to say " look, heres what I done" .... I have a LONGGGG way to go until im at my dream bod, but I will get there... :)

Thank you , very helpful. I do feel sometimes that my new change in lifestyle is what I am getting used to. My body had no regular exercise for around 7 years with being pregnant and bringing my kids up being a stay at home mum then. Its all change ...for everything I guess :)

I`ve only started again this morning ( fresh week fresh profile etc ) so I have my brekkie , ( granola 50g) Satsuma... and two coffees with semi skimmed milk and two sugars ( one each) I cant do without my caffeine lol. I eat what i eat if im honest. I don't set out to say "ill have 1500 calories today" because chances are i could have 1000/800/something like that. i am usually always below the RDA with my calories, i don't have a big appetite so i have to make myself eat and i do enjoy healthier foods more. Im glad im not alone on this then. Someone did recommend to get bloods taken incase its a thyroid problem? I may check on that. Its frustrating. I did see my weight going down to 12.5 then weighed myself the other day and its back at 13 ?? wtf :( very annoyed
