  • I agree! I also like that we are just doing it before and after, b/c I have decided not to weigh/measure except for once a month, which will be the 1st but I will move it to the second for the challenge the first 2 months :D

  • I love kraft mayo with olive oil, it is lower calories and tastes really good!!! 1 tablespoon is only 45 calories and only 95 sodium :D try to limit how much you use too and that can help, also some good mustard, like dijon could help too :)

  • I work at a daycare and so I dance with the kids, also when we are playign in the big play room or the play ground I will run back and fowarth and have the kids do it with me, I also do wall pushups, jumpking jacks, squats, punches, etc :D the kids love exercising with me too!!

  • I did 50 with like 2 lb weigihts and 50 with 6.6 lb weights :)
  • I did 100 mountain climbers and 50 pushups :D it felt good, and I couldn't believe I could do all those!! I don't know if I did the mountain climbers "right" but it still worked b/c my whole body was screaming so I am content :D
