oops I thought it was starting wednesday... I did 40 yesterday for another challenge thought :) I will get to work... but I do mine a little different, I can't do the jumping and changing feet so I stay stationary adn bring each one in as far as I can and as quickly as I can :)

My weigh in for this week is 314.2! That is a loss of 13.6 lbs since I started this challenge! :D it was down 3.2 lbs for this week. and may I just add that for a TOM week that was a good weight loss?!! I am only 14.3 lbs away from my first goal which is to be under 300 by January 1st! I can't wait to get to that point!

I am not an experty, but sometimes it does help to up the calorie intake, but in turn try to burn more calories then you do now that way it equals out... that should help. Good luck! Keep up the hard work! :D

Ok guys, I was thinking... The miles are a great thing and I tried them today but it kind of burned me out after last week... so I think if you can do the 2.8 miles a day then do it! if you don't think you can do the miles walking then do it on the bike but try to double it so that it kind of equals out, that is what I did…
