I totally agree with this and the do not eliminate fruit group. :-) It provides to much in the way of nutrition to dump it, just like fresh vegetables.

I find a digital one to be more accurate and I have had several over the years (I use them in my job plus at home). I find cheap digital ones are just as good as expensive ones. I agree with above... Plus I don't weight weekly anymore, I do every two weeks and measure inches the opposite weeks. It didn't take one week to get where you are. Think in terms of a healthy lifestyle, not a one week fling. I wish you the best in your efforts!

I would have to say pressure cooking in which soaking, draining (away the color), and rinsing before cooking is not required.
