Name your favorite 800 calorie meal....
I do well finding 400 -500 calorie meals/ snack allowances, but if I want to skip the snacks and eat low for lunch to save for a special restaurant or home cooked meal I am at a loss for idea's. Share yours to help cure this "dieters block".

How important are MFP's fat/ carb/ protein # goal's to you?
I notice that I usually do not get enough fat and sometimes proteins. The carbs I eat are in the form of whole foods (grains, fruits, etc).
