Hi. I teach at a public high school and know the impact of my low activity career on weight and fitness levels. I am ready to do something about this. I do enjoy using the First Place for Health Devotional books. I just downloaded this app today and am quite impressed. I have a goal to lose 15 pounds and exercise 30 minutes 3 times a week.
