Name your favorite 800 calorie meal....

I do well finding 400 -500 calorie meals/ snack allowances, but if I want to skip the snacks and eat low for lunch to save for a special restaurant or home cooked meal I am at a loss for idea's. Share yours to help cure this "dieters block".

A roast is my favourite, 6oz meat, 100g potatoes, veg and two yorkshire puds comes to approx 800 cals or below.

    Chipotle, 'nuff said.

I was going to say some type of steak or seafood but seriously, this wins

I eat 3/400 and a couple of snacks. Eating and 800 calorie meal makes i hard to get back on track. But if I do, it prime rib!

12" subway sub with chicken breast and bacon

Some sort of taco dish with full fat cheese and sour cream

Lasagna with garlic bread and a side salad

Oven fried chicken breast with baked potato and sour cream

Or have a smaller meal and add a 300 cal dessert

My daugher loves Chick-fil-a so an 800 calorie meal for me would probably be a Chicken sandwhich with mayo and waffle fries.

An 800 calorie meal.. I wouldn't say any of my meals have been that large ever, because I eat tons of small meals throughout the day, but if it WERE.. then I'd probably say a 4 Berry Sundae from Sam's, a small 8-12 oz. soft drink, and a 6 inch turkey on wheat, full of lots of onions from Subway...

But that's over 800 calories.. See ^ not ideal, and I'd regret eating all that too hahaha.

I can get 2 servings whole wheat spaghetti, 10 turkey meatballs, sauce, and Parmesan for 755 calories. I do it often, it's spaghetti and meatball diet!

A giant steak with lots of Lawrys and Worshtershire and the cheap, fatty Velveeta Shells and Cheese.
