I'd love to be friends! I have been vegetarian now for the past 3 years, and I was vegan for 2. After a doctor's visit when I learned I had a severe protein deficiency, I had to start easing eggs and dairy back into my diet, so now I'm only vegetarian.

I saw the most weight lost at first in my face. It just seemed a lot thinner. I also noticed it in my tummy and thighs, pretty quickly.

Seriously? Only 6 weeks?! You look fantastic! I guess if I had to estimate your weight without knowing your height, I'd guess around 125-130.

Honestly, I get all my workouts (structured ones, that is) from On Demand. They have a decent selection, so I can do something different every day if I want.

I did my first 10k this past March, and it was the best experience ever! It was so much fun, and having everyone cheering you on was so encouraging. I managed to finish in 53 minutes, but I did a good bit of training before hand. I definitely could have done better though, and I'm currently training for a 5k in July.

Swimming is really easy on your joints, so if you could get to a pool to do some laps that would be great. Or, you could focus on building your upper body with strength workouts while you recover. Whatever works for you. But do give yourself enough time to rest, you wouldn't want to cause further injury!

I don't think there's an ideal time to do cardio. I do know that your metabolism is highest between 7-9am, because I asked my doctor last time. So in theory, if you do cardio then it will up the metabolism further and would burn more calories throughout the day.

Honestly, I probably do at least 500 crunches everyday, simply because they're easy and I feel like they really work for me. But I kind of carry my weight evenly throughout my body, so I'm not sure of the effect they would have on you. If you don't want to risk it, do cardio along with crunches. Then you'll be burning off…

Honestly, I hate them. I know some people think they're really good, but they've always seemed like mutant raisins to me. My mom likes them with cream cheese though, so you could try that.

I record everything. Fruits and vegetables have calories, too!

You don't need to eat a huge amount, but be sure to stay hydrated and eat throughout the day if you start feeling light-headed. Pack a sports drink (Gotta get those electrolytes!), and a granola bar to eat between cheers if you think there will be enough time. As for breakfast, don't eat too much or you'll feel bloated and…

I feel like there are healthy options everywhere, and you just need to pick what's best. Whenever we go to McDonalds (which is extremely rare) I try and choose something that isn't horrible. I normally order the small fries and a fruit and yogurt parfait.

Ok, so I'm 5'4. My heaviest was 154 pounds (!!!), and my lightest was 87 pounds. Right now I'm in between the two (but closer to the heavier one) and I hope to get down to 90 pounds by October. I can hope.
