You should start to see changes in about 3-4 weeks they may be small though and hard to notice. I would take pictures from day to day and then view your first and last photo and see how much of a difference there was. wear little. go early in the morning. drink some water but not too much. don't eat a lot of food before run. eat some salt or take a thermotab (makes your body retain water).

I do deli lunch meat turkey and no dressings. their is enough juice in the turkey I buy to prevent it from being dry. this is a healthy and somewhat cheap meal. this meal is more for health not taste.

I think most girls like a mixture. so lots of lean muscle mass. the athletic look I guess. not bulky and massive. and not skinny and frail. right in the middle and cut is my guess.
