So far I have been at this for about 5 weeks, and I've lost 14 pounds by walking and running everyday. I think by next month though I am going to start going to the gym regularly to switch it up.

Most times, yes. I love food and baking, so I take what I can get and eat almost every calorie that I can. Unless I'm super full. I do know when to stop myself.

I'm up for this challenge! Goal for the month : 75 miles. I walk to work most day's which is 3 miles, so 75 seems like a good goal to start off with.
