I use PB2 a lot for a variety of things, I actually mix the powder with a bit of water to get a good paste and spread that on bread and a fruit spread on the other slice and mix it, it is pretty good!

My Fav is 1 C. Almond Milk 2 C. Spinach or Kale 1/2 Banana 1 or 2 T. of Peanut butter Blend away and enjoy.
