So my goal is weight loss and based on my resting heart rate, my target heart rate for weight loss is 129-138 but it seems like when I get to that zone I am hardly working out. I wish MFP had a real recipe box....
I wish the recipe calculator was more of a real recipe box. Something where I could not only enter my ingredients but also the cooking instructions. Then I would have a one stop shop and something I could easily share with others. I hate having to do double entry or referencing 2 spots for one recipe. :(

Cardio in short burts or all at once?
Is it better to do an hour straight of cardio, or is it to break it up in something like 3 20 minute sessions or 6 10 minute sessions? Maybe 1 longer session and 2 or 3 shorter ones?
