This is MY year!

I have tried several times in the past to loose weight and get in shape and do well for a while but always get side tracked. I have tried may fad diets, supplements, etc and few of them work long term. I have decided this is MY YEAR to do this and while slowing changing my habits. I am past dropping weight fast, I want to do this the right way while changing my habits. I want to avoid supplements, fad diets, etc. I am trying to focus on better eating, while not depriving myself, adding more exercise. I do Pilates twice a week with a private instructor (I LOVE this!). I also try to walk more and get in some additional cardio. I recently started using the FitBit Force and love how I can see at a glance my progress. What I am missing is a support system around me to keep me motivated each day. I am hoping to find some friends here with similar goals that I can work on this journey with together. Friend me if this describes you.:smile:
