  • I've just started out on all things Crossfit... Currently I'm hitting it quite hard at the moment... I'm doing Crossfit 6 days a week in the early evenings and swimming every early morning. Am also doing an hour and a half in the gym 4/5 days a week doing a mixture of mi coach training and free weights.. Chest, Legs etc…

  • One tip without wanting to sound too gross is to always weigh your self after you have been to the number twos (as that stuff can weigh lots too) and always weigh yourself once a week first thing in the morning after you wake up.

  • from what you have written. I would say defiantly start to eat clean.. cut out all the bad things, (chocolate and wine), drink lots of water and keep doing your cardio and weights... your food diet is just as important as your workouts. both go hand in hand and neither work that well without the other. :)

Its tough but after a week or so of your body getting used to it along with regular daily exercise there is no reason why you shouldn't loose between 2-3lbs a week.
