Same here, Amy! I am hoping the doc clears me to at least do some extra walking, light weights, SOMETHING! I need to get active! I miss running so bad and there's a 5K in June that I am DYING to run!

SNOW IS ICKY! VERY ICKY! I love summer...and fall...and even late spring (Pretty much anytime it's warmer than 50 degrees). We should get together for a run or workout of some sort when the weather gets warmer....mmmmm sunshine...

I graduated in 2003 at about 125-130ish. I now weigh 191 (weighed in on Monday). I would ove to be 130 again but I will be happy with a toned 140.

I had some almonds...my newest addiction. It seems that I have cut out almost 500 calories by not eating my usual grains and oats. I was pretty much completely satisfied before the almonds. Yeah...it was a challenge given by another group I'm in, but I think it may have been a godsend as I am not sleepy after a full day of activity.
