Same here.. and it irritates me to now end when I come here to log food and I don't have option of grams (grams should be in EVERY food) and only have things like cups, teaspoons, ect

I always thought that 4oz of cooked meat generally renders down to 3oz of cooked meat so by JO nutritionals, take 4oz raw meat, cook it and then whatever you have in the weight when cooked is 170 calories because you started with 4oz of raw meat. Close to 1200 calories? That is the problem right there.. you aren't eating enough for your body and it is trying to save every ounce of fat it can in order to survive. What kind of machine was used? Do you mean tool, as in caliper tool? Depending on the tool (caliper, tape, ect) there will always be some error as people are not using the tools in the exact same spot Oh, and what has the time frame been in between when the trainer measured body fat and then you did?

If you are trying to supress your appetite, drink water and skip the "diet" pill. Have you ever read the ingredients on the back of the boxes for "diet pills"? yuck

nvm.. forgot to take weight of pineapple into account. End weight ended up being 2lb 1.8oz and with serving size of 4oz can serve about 8.5 people (which recipe wont take half amount into account) so ends up about 116 cal/serving Thank you for the great recipe
