Definitely. I've done a lot of training in treating diastasis recti as a massage therapist and a big reason I want to pursue this particular niche is from my own experiences and mistakes post-baby. I jumped right into my old core work 3 days after giving birth. Big mistake.

One thing that should also be pointed out (especially regarding this title) is that eating disorders also effect men and for those men who don't suffer from eating disorders directly, its still important that they understand the severity of these illnesses and feel supported as they support loved ones.

My anxiety defiantly spikes up. I think it effects people who are predisposed to anxiety disorders like other stimulants.

I find soups (non-cream based) are lower calorie and more satisfying than salad or other "health options". I only drink water or unsweetened tea.

My favorite post workout food = bananas. The first place I start loosing inches is my stomach. At 160lbs my waist is down to 28inchs which (for my weight and height) is pretty good.

I load my water with limes, lemons, mint, and/or cucumbers. I'll defiantly drink it without but I just drink more when its loaded w fruits and veggies
