So I was thinking.... If I set up an "exercise" for "breastfeeding", and log that in each day; would that work as far as my burned calorie number? Thoughts on how you log that 300/500 burn each day please?

Thanks @Ashleyhap We have a lot in common! :) Do you pump on a daily basis? I do not..it's such a chore..so I do not even know if my supply is up or down on calorie deficient days?!

I have over 100 lbs to lose. I have been logging in and tracking my foods now for 20 days. In that 20 days I have lost 13 lbs! So yes, I think if you are really conscious about what you are eating and stick to it, you will lose weight. Good luck!!
