Hi everyone, Weight today 153.2lbs so a loss of 0.6lbs. It's taught me though that it's not worth taking a week off because it's taking alot longer for it to come off! Also thanks NHGirl for the support, you are doing great too :flowerforyou: Well done everyone and have a good weekend!

I'm back on it today too. I know if I don't stick with it, it will be a fail again. The cravings for chocolate (or anything sweet) have been really strong. I hope it will pass x

I completed four days and stuck to it fine but today I failed. I knew weekends would be the test so I'm going to treat it as a trial run and start again tomorrow as I still can have 21 days of no junk for this month x

Weight today 153.8lbs so a loss of 1.8lbs this week. I haven't fully undone the damage from last week but I have started a "21 day - no junk food challenge" and "1000 exercise minutes for November challenge" to help keep me on the straight and narrow :laugh: . Hope everyone has a lovely weekend x

Started yesterday (2nd November). It did stop me reaching for a biscuit in my mother's house (and when I start I can't stop!) which can't be bad. Well done everyone x

Okay, I've been a total pig this week with a gain of 3.6lbs (so 155.6lbs :blushing: ).
